I booked a carbon clean for my car. Craig was unable to attend on the day I booked due to tight timescales. He was upfront about it and was able to rearrange for the next day and was apologetic and appreciated my flexibility.

On arrival, he was clear about the process and got cracking straight away. He was again very clear on his findings after the carbon clean. Drove my car home after work and it felt so much better to drive, better responsiveness from the engine and better fuel efficiency. Very grateful for his time and cannot recommend enough!!
