I had Craig out today to work on my wife’s Golf which I thought was beyond a DPF clean and was likely in need of a replacement. He was the most knowledgeable, friendly and professional guy, talked me through all the steps with absolutely no pressure, and within 90 minutes my wife’s DPF was chemically cleaned and running better than it has for a long time. Smoother, quieter, slightly increased acceleration and in time I believe we’ll see MPG increase to what it used to be. All for an unbeatable price by the nicest guy and (I don’t want people to expect this every time, think I just got lucky!) literally the morning after an evening online enquiry! Cannot rate highly enough, thank you Craig and I’m sorry we almost got ended by that foreign artic lorry pulling in front of us!!!
